car forum I have ever visited and that it should remain that way. Along those lines - modifications have to be done tastefully if you want to be respected on this site and I think we should keep it like that. After all when was the last time you saw a lawyer or doctor or business man driving a Z with a 4 foot spoiler, catfish fascia, and interior looking like it fell out of a Pepboys catalog. That being said what Rage (SoCal) said is correct. We should not have to tolerate some of the BS that has infiltrated this forum in the past year especially. From what I have noticed, 2 years ago when you asked a question, you would get a few replies and 99 times out of 100 all of them would be correct. Now we have a bunch of Noob's posting whatever they think is right and very often I worry leading people astray. If you don't know the answer 100% don't answer or if you do put in a disclaimer saying you are not totally sure. I know when I join a forum I don't jump right in and start posting - I learn the way the forum works etc..... Then I start getting involved. My take on it is that all the vets know how to check a Newbie's past post history and that they should before lighting into him. I am by no means a Vet but I always check that before I tell him/her to search etc..... If it is their very first post I will politely inform them of the search function or lead them to the FAQ but if they have posted 20 times about stupid shit than they should be lit into for being ignorant. Ignorance should not be tolerated like Rage said and for some guy to post 3 times in a Row yesterday about how to get a fucking KEY made is ridiculous - he should have his ass handed to him. Finally, as far a grammar goes, I certainly don't think that some appropriate use of the English Language is too much to ask for. We shouldn't have to consult an English textbook before posting but a comma here and a paragraph there isn't going to hurt anyone. There is no reason why someone should ask about a "BREAK" upgrade kit or tell me about "THERE" car. For christs sake people it is BRAKE and THEIR car and for the record "you're" means YOU ARE!!!!!! Enjoy TT.NET but if you can't stand the heat get the hell out!!!!
